Firms

How can I change the Administrator on my firm's account?
The WCB privacy policy requires that an account Administrator must be a Director, Owner or HR Personnel. All other personnel including HSE and OH&S must submit an Authorization Letter of Representation Form. Please fax the completed form to the attention of Employer Services and apply for your own account in 2 to 3 business days.

To change the Administrator on your firm's account, please send an email to Inet_Firm_Registration@wcbsask.com providing the following information:
  • firm number
  • business name
  • first & last name
  • email address
  • business phone number
  • business address (postal code, etc...)
  • your job title
  • a brief description of your responsibilities
  • reason to change Administrator
WCB requires all of the above information to be complete in order to properly set up your Administrator account. Failure to do so will slow down the verification process and possibly decline your request. Your request will be forwarded to WCB's Employer Services Department where your request will be verified.

Why haven't I been receiving emails for Automatic Clearance Verifications?
Many email providers will filter these types of notifications. Please check your 'Spam' and your 'Junk Mail' folders for the ACV notifications. If you cannot locate the emails, send a message including your username and firm number to Webmaster.
Note: if you have changed your email address lately and have not notified WCB, please forward your new email address to Webmaster.
