Grace period for late filing

Late filing penalties will not be applied until April 1. The WCB is providing a one‑month grace period due to recent issues preventing some employers from accessing and submitting their EPS online.

SECURITY ISSUE LOGGING IN? We are aware that some online account users are experiencing intermittent issues logging in due to security or antivirus software blocking their access. Please note our website is safe, the WCB is actively working to resolve the issue with Microsoft and security vendors; while also troubleshooting with impacted users. In the interim:

• A workaround users can attempt: Add the following web address to your security software’s allow (safe) list: https://swcbportalprd.ciamlogin.com
• If you need immediate access to WCB services, please call 1.800.667.7590 and a representative will process your needs by phone.
