Employer Payroll Statement (EPS)
Grace period for late filing
Late filing penalties will not be applied until April 1. The WCB is providing a one‑month grace period due to recent issues preventing some employers from accessing and submitting their EPS online.
Feb. 28 is the deadline for Employer Payroll Statement (EPS) submissions which is generating a high volume of system activity. While this volume may create slower system response, the ability to carry-out EPS submission and other transactions remains available.
